This policy pertains to both online and face-to-face programs.

Registration

  • A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required when registering for the WALK, P1, P2, P3, Teen Family Camp or Empowered Parenting. 
  • Beginning with the June 2013 Weekend Training, a $50.00 registration fee will apply to the Weekend as well.  The $50.00 Weekend registration fee is non-refundable after the close of business on the Tuesday before the Friday training. i.e.: you MUST withdraw your registration before the close of business on the Tuesday before the Friday of the training to receive a refund of your registration fee.  This applies ONLY to the WEEKEND.

Close of Registration

  • All trainees registering for the WALK, P1, P2, P3  MUST be registered by close of business on Friday the week prior to the training in order to avoid a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee.  i.e.:  Training begins on April 5 - you must be registered by close of business on March 29
  • Registrations for WALK, P1, P2, P3 taken after the Friday date will be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 (unless other arrangements have been made with the office).
  • Beginning with the June 2013 Weekend Training, all trainees registering for the WEEKEND will incur a $25 non-refundable administrative fee if they register after the close of business on the Tuesday before the Friday of the training weekend.  i.e.: Training begins on April 5 - you must be registered by the close of business on April 2nd

Last Chance Registration

  • The WALK last chance registration closes the Monday before the training at noon.
  • P1, P2 & P3 last chance registration closed the Tuesday before the training at noon.
  • There is no last chance registration for the WEEKEND.  You may register up to 7:00 p.m. on the Friday of the training, however, beginning with the June 2013 Weekend Training, you will incur a $25 non-refundable administrative fee for registering after the Tuesday* deadline. (*see above description of Tuesday deadline).

If you choose to register after the last chance registration deadline, you will be considered a "Walk Up".  We will not be able to guarantee hotel room availability or room rate, which may prohibit your participation in the training.  This does not apply to the Weekend.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:
    • Prior to Close of Registration: 100% of Tuition minus the $50 non-refundable registration fee and $25 non-refundable administrative fee, if applicable.
      • Prior to 5:30PM on the Tuesday before the Partners or Empowered Parenting event.
      • Prior to 12:00PM on the Monday before the WALK event.
      • Prior to 5:30PM on the Friday before the Teen Family Camp event.
    • After Close of Registration: Tuition minus the $50.00 non-refundable registration fee and $25 non-refundable administrative fee, if applicable.
  • The $50.00 non-refundable fee will be incurred for “No Shows” and is non-refundable at the point of registration.  (A “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but does not cancel or transfer their registration prior to close of registration and does not attend the program.  If you are aware, in advance, that you are not going to be able to attend, and would like to "move" your registration to another month, call the Pathways office to make arrangements and we will forward your registration fee as well.  This can be done one time). 
  • Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the current program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
  • If participant leaves during the Core Training (Weekend thru Partners III) on their own accord, or if Pathways determines that a participant leave due to inappropriateness for the training, Pathways will grant a refund as follows:
    • If participant leaves during day one (1) or does not return the following morning: Tuition paid by participant minus $100.
    • If participant leaves during day two (2) or does not return the following morning: Tuition paid by participant minus $200
    • If participant leaves during day three (3) or does not return the following morning: Tuition paid by participant minus $400
    • If participant leaves during day four (4) or does not return the following morning: Tuition paid by participant minus $600
    • If participant leaves during day five (5) or does not return the following morning: Tuition paid by participant minus $800
  • If participant leaves during any specialized trainings (Empowered Parenting, Step Beyond and/or Teen Family Camp) on their own accord, or if Pathways determines that a participant leaves due to inappropriateness for the training, NO refund will be granted.

  • Notes:
    • Participants that have completed a CORE Map and cancel, leave early or “no show” will incur a $25.00 CORE Map fee.
    • Tuition Assistance and/or discounts are not factored in the amount of Tuition paid by participant.
    • All times are of the Central Time Zone.
    • Any funds paid to Pathways and not used within 90 days will not be refunded; unclaimed funds can go towards credit for future training(s) up to 6 months.
